Everything about the property is new and clean. After a short six block stroll down Randolph Avenue, visitors will be greeted by the wind and waves of the Chesapeake Bay and a large, well maintained beach. The Town of Cape Charles offers activities for all vacationers including birding, a nearby wildlife preserve, boating, golf, kayaking or canoeing, biking, and antiquing to name a few. The town is an old Victorian railroad town that has had a good amount of new money invested in it to build both a Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer designed golf courses, a new marina, several exclusive restaurants and bars, and a sand bar that lets visitors wade far into the Chesapeake Bay.
